(52 years ago) Lightly grease a 5 x 9 inch loaf pan. Combine the brown sugar and ketchup in a bowl and mix. Put aside. In a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly all remaining ingredients and shape into a loaf. Place loaf in loaf pan. Pour ketchup and brown sugar mixture over top, covering evenly. Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices are clear.
